No, never shake. It's a two-layer formula on purpose: clear liquid on top, pink calamine powder at the bottom. Let it settle, then dip a cotton bud straight into the pink.

Alcohol Denat. is first on the ingredient list, so it can feel cool and quick-drying on the spot. Patch-test first, stop if it stings or irritates, and keep it to individual spots, away from eyes and lips.
